AdTester.ai (“AdTester”, “we”, “our”) is a product of SFM Creative. This policy explains what information we collect when you use adtester.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use AdTester.ai we collect:
- Account information you give us — your email, name, company name, and brand website when you submit the intake form.
- Ad creatives you upload — the video files you submit for scoring.
- Usage data — standard web analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location) collected through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
How we use it
- To score your ads. We process your creatives to generate an Ad Score, a predicted ROAS, and a Go / No-Go verdict for each upload, and we email the results to you.
- To improve our model. We use the creatives you submit, together with anonymized performance signals, to train and improve AdTester's scoring algorithms. This makes the product smarter for everyone over time.
- To communicate with you. We may follow up about your results, ask for feedback, or share product updates. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time by emailing hello@adtester.ai.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not publicly publish the creatives you submit. Your uploads are used internally for scoring and model improvement only.
- We do not share your individually-identifiable submissions with other AdTester customers.
Where your data lives
We use the following processors to operate the service:
- Vercel — site hosting and file storage (Vercel Blob).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google — Analytics 4 and Tag Manager for usage analytics.
These processors operate under their own privacy commitments. We do not transfer your data to processors outside of what is required to run the service.
Retention
We keep your uploads and submission data for as long as is necessary to operate and improve the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@adtester.ai with the email address used in your submission. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@adtester.ai.
Cookies and tracking
AdTester.ai uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or block trackers via browser extensions; the core scoring functionality will still work.
Children
AdTester.ai is intended for use by businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
